Arwen Staros Duffy, Vice Chancellor for Advancement at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Foundation, shared her groundbreaking dissertation research and practical insights on training frontline fundraisers for major gift success. With her extensive experience in higher education advancement and leadership roles at USC and UMass, Arwen explored proven strategies to equip fundraisers with the knowledge, motivation, and behavioral skills necessary to thrive in securing major gifts.

We offer an array of in-person and virtual programming for our members to assist with increasing their knowledge of responsibilities in their current roles, broadening their understanding of development and communication roles overall, and networking with women in similar fields in Central MA.
